Spare parts service
In the event of damage to your prompter due to an unforeseen event, a defective component or just the loss of a screw, we will be happy to help you obtain original spare parts for your Autoscript or Autocue device.

Optimized components
Progl+Gerlach also offers reinforced further embroidery for parts subject to heavy wear in order to avoid downtimes and possible malfunctions in daily production operations.
One example is the PGX ProKnob for the Autoscript Desktop Handcontrol HC-IP.
All plastic parts subject to wear were replaced with high-strength steels and a new bearing.

Teleprompter replacement mirror
Progl+Gerlach Teleprompter Mirror Service offers a wide range of teleprompter mirrors and teleprompter mirror services for professional prompter systems.
The service includes the rapid replacement of original Autoscript and Autocue mirrors for current prompter models, as well as customized teleprompter mirrors for older teleprompter systems.
A particular highlight is our PGX HTG (HighTransmissionGlass) prompter mirrors, which are characterized by unusually high transparency and absolute colour neutrality. We achieve this by using a high-purity glass that is additionally coated with an optical anti-reflective coating on the side facing the optics to prevent double images.
