The base plate, which is customized for each PTZ camera model, takes into account the special requirements of each PTZ camera.
This gives your camera a solid mounting base, which affects the overall stability of the camera and thus prevents torsional damage.

The base plate is the receptacle for a constantly growing number of mounting adapters. The mounting adapter is simply screwed onto the base plate without having to remove the camera from the base plate when changing the mounting method.
