PGX Lightweight OCU10 DSLR + Steadicam iPad Prompter

The new PGX Lightweight OCU10 Gen3 is a completely redeveloped version of the successful PGX OCU10 Gen2. Each component has been improved or newly developed to create one of the most versatile on camera units (Steadicam) on the market.

Modern materials and careful workmanship make the PGX OCU10 Gen3 extremely robust and unbeatably light. A special feature is the new neoprene sleeve, which protects the optics from stray light without obstructing the zoom/focus motors. The neoprene cuff is now easily replaceable and allows the use of different cuffs with individual opening diameters or the new PGX OCU10 filter adapter.

The PGX OCU10 Gen3 is therefore the first Steadicam teleprompter that is compatible with Filter Stages. With the optionally available filter adapter, optical filters can be changed quickly and easily at any time.

Progl+Gerlach has developed a completely new tablet holder for the OCU10 Gen3. The lightweight, rigid carbon-aluminum construction enables quick and tool-free mounting of the tablet and, with optional adjustment options, even offers the possibility to use cell phones and mini tablets scratch-free. The incredible “Prompter Size Use Ratio” of the PGX OCU10 Gen3 makes it the most compact prompter in its class in relation to the size of the mirror surface. The mirror geometry developed by Progl+Gerlach for Steadicams has also been further improved in the third generation of the OCU10.

All these advantages and the compact design make this ultra-mobile camera prompter a professional companion for lightweight standard Steadis, ARRI Trinity, Jibearm, gimbal and DSLR setups.
